SUKHA BHEL Ingredients 2 cups puffed rice (murmura)½ cup roasted chana 2-3 tablespoons salted peanuts 1 medium onion, finely chopped1 medium tomato, finely chopped½ medium raw mango, finely choppedSalt to taste1 teaspoon chaat masala1 teaspoon black salt1 tablespoon coriander-green chilli paste Juice of ½ lemon Masala chana for topping Chopped fresh coriander leaves for topping Sev for topping Method1. Mix together puffed rice, roasted chana, peanuts, onions, tomato, raw mango, salt, chaat masala, black salt, coriander-green chilli paste and lemon juice in a bowl. 2. Transfer the prepared bhel in a paper cone, top with some masala chana, coriander leaves and sev. Toss. 3. Serve immediately.
