Ingredients Quantity
Oil 4 tbsp
Water as required
Punjabi Wadia 4 to 5 pieces
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Julienne Ginger 1inch
Chopped onions 2 no
Chopped tomato 3no
Salt to taste
Coriander powder 2tbsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Garam Masala 2 tsp
Dry mango powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder tsp
Water as required
Soaked dried turnip 2 nos
Slit green chilies 2 to 3 no's
Green peas 1 cup
water 1 liter
Coriander Chopped cup

Method:
1. In a kadhai add oil for frying , till then break the Punjabi wadia in a bowl and keep it aside,
2. Now remove the dried turnip from the thread in a bowl add water wash it well and again add water and keep it aside.
3. Once the oil is hot add the wadia in the oil and fry them until light brown.
4. In an another bowl add water and transfer the fried wadias in the water. Keep it aside.
5. In same oil add cumin seeds, ginger julienne and mix well.
6. Add chopped onions; mix it well and saut for 4-5 min.
7. Add chopped tomato and mix well.
8. Add salt, mix it well and saut for 3 mins.
9. Add coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, dry mango powder and turmeric powder; mix it well and saut for 1 min.
10. Add water as required and let it cook for 4 min at least.
11. Add soaked turnip and mix well.
12. Add slit green chilies, fresh green peas, 1 ltr of water and mix it well , close the lid and let it cook for 15 mins.
13. Once it cooked properly add the Punjabi wadias and let it cook for more 2 to 3 min.
14. Chop the coriander leaves and add it to the mixture and mix it well
15. Remove in serving bowl and serve hot.
