I pressure cook the beans with some taco seasoning and add mexican flair by using Chipotle Sea salt, corn and cilantro. Optional- Jalapanoes and paprika can be added in too. Other veggies used: Cucumber, Peppers, onions, Cilantro and for dressing: Squeeze of fresh Lemon juiceSpices: Chipotle sea salt and pepper. Put together everything for a quick snack. it stores well in the fridge too for upto 5 days.
