Green Garlic 1 bunch

Fresh coriander 1 cup
Water as required
Ice cube 5-6 no
Black salt tsp
Chaat masala tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice no
For anda ghotala
Oil 1 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Onion chopped 2 no
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Tomato chopped 3 no
Salt to taste
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder tsp
Garam masala tsp
Chaat masala tsp
Water cup
Egg boiled 4 no
Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tsp
Butter 1 tsp
Egg 1 no
Oil 1 tsp
Butter 1 tsp
Egg 1 no
Cheese cube 1 no
Coriander chopped for garnish

Method

1. Take a green garlic, cut off its root and chop it roughly. Also chop the green Chillies.
2. Take a mixer jar and add chopped green garlic, green chilli, fresh green coriander, some water, ice cubes and grind it coarsely.
3. Now open the mixer jar and add black salt, chaat masala, salt, lemon juice and blend it again nicely.
4. Take a kadai on medium flame. Add oil, butter, chopped onion and saut for 3 minute.
5. Add ginger garlic paste and saut for a minute.
6. Now add chopped tomato, salt and saut for 3-4 minute. Add coriander powder, red Chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, chaat masala and some water cook well.
7. Take serving bowl and add some tomato masala.
8. Grate boiled eggs into kadai and mix well.
9. Now add chopped coriander and garlic chutney mix well.
10. Take a frying pan on medium flame add oil and butter heat it.
11. Now add garlic chutney and chopped coriander in serving bowl.
12. Crack an egg into that frying pan and fry it well from both sides. Then slide in serving bowl.
13. Now repeat the same method and make another egg fry.
14. Now add anda ghotala masala in serving bowl on the top of fried egg, garlic green chutney, fried egg and grated cheese.
15. Now garnish with chopped coriander and green garlic chutney.
