SWEET AND SALTY POPCORN

Ingredients

½ cup dried sweet corn kernels
½ cup sugar
Sea salt to taste
3 tbsps oil

Method

1. On a non-stick deep pan, add corn in the center and sprinkle sugar around it. Sprinkle salt and drizzle oil.
2. Cover and cook till the corn kernels have popped. Shaking the pan occasionally to avoid burning the sugar.
3. Take it off the heat and serve.
