Sweet Corn Salad is a very healthy recipe and can be used as a side dish for lunch and dinner. Ingredients:200 grams boiled sweet corn kernels1/3 cup finely chopped tomato1 small finely chopped onion1/3 cup grated carrot1/3 cup finely chopped cucumberFreshly chopped coriander leaves1 piece of finely chopped green chilly1 ½ tsp Chaat masala3/4 tsp Black pepper powderSalt to taste11/2 tsp Lemon juiceHow to make sweet corn salad:Take 2 cups of water and boiled corn for 3-4 minutes till it becomes tender. Now strain the excess water and keep the corns to cool down for some time.Once corn kernels get cool, Put them in a mixing bowl and all the finely chopped veggies (tomato, onion, carrot, cucumber, coriander leaves, green chilly).Now add all the spices (Chaat masala, Black pepper powder, Salt to taste, Lemon juice).
