Sweet Corn Vadalu , sweet corn pakoda, sweet corn cutlet#CornVada #SweetCornRecipe #PakoraRecipeIngredients Frozen Sweetcorn (फ्रोजेन स्वीटकॉर्न ) - 2 cups Chickpea flour (बेसन ) - 3/4 cup (75 gms) Carrot (गाजर ) - 1 (finely chopped ) Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च ) - 1 (finely chopped ) Green Coriander (हरा धनिया ) - 2 to 3 tbsp (finely chopped ) Green chilies (हरी मिर्च ) - 2 to 3 (finely chopped ) Grated Ginger (अदरक ) - 1 inch piece Red chili powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) - 3/4 tsp Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर ) - 1 tsp Cumin seeds (जीरा ) - 1 tsp Mango powder (अमचूर ) - 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder (हल्दी ) - 1/4 tsp (optional ) Salt (नमक ) - 1 tsp or to taste Oil (तेल ) - For frying How to make Sweetcorn vada : 1. Take frozen Sweetcorn, put in a mixer jar, grind coarsely.Take out the sweetcorn in a bowl.2. Add capsicum, carrot, green coriander, green chili, ginger, coriander powder, cumin seeds, red chili powder, mango powder, turmeric powder, salt, chickpea flour.Mix all ingredients well.3. Put oil to heat.Take out dough. Bind it. Press and give shape of vada. Keep in plate. 4. Check if oil is hot enough, Put vadas to fry. Prepare rest likewise. Once vadas are brown from beneath, flip them.Keep flame medium or medium low.5. Fry well until crisp and golden brown.Take them out, keep in plate. It takes 5 minutes to fry vada once. 10 vadas are made with this quantity of dough.Serving : 6. Mouth drooling Sweetcorn Vadas are ready. Serve them as a snack anytime.
