Washed and peel the mangoes and Cut into long slices. Keep it aside.2. Heat water in tope, add mangoes and cook for 5-6 min.3. Add sugar, mix well and cook for 20- 25 min.4. After 20 min. add black salt, red chilli powder, fennel powder, dry ginger powder, black pepper crushed, kallonji and salt, mix well and cook for 4-5 min.5. Heat oil in another pan, add chopped ginger and green chilli chopped, mix well and sauté for 30 sec. 6. Switch off the flame and add cucumber seeds and mix well. 7. Add this in mango mixture and mix well.8. Add saffron and mix well.9.
