Who doesn't like laddus? Once we start eating Motichoor ladoos, we just don't know when to stop. So in this video, I have shown how to make Motichoor ladoo without deep frying in oil. This recipe is from an old recipe text, wherein they did not have the mould for making the boondi or readymade besan powder. Everything had to be done manually. Here also I have shown how to powder chana dal in a mixie and then use it to make these mouth watering laddus. Many festivals are round the corner and this is an ideal time to make these laddus at home especially during these pandemic times. So do give it a try.
