TACO SEV PURIIngredients8 hard taco shells1 large potato, boiled, peeled and cut into ½ inch pieces1 small tomato, finely chopped1 small onion, finely chopped1 tsp green chutney1 tbsp date and tamarind chutneySalt to taste½ tsp chaat masala 1 tbsp finely chopped raw mango1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves + for garnishSev as requiredPomegranate pearls for garnishMethod1. In a large bowl, add potato, tomato, onion and mash the mixture. Mix well.2. Add green chutney, date and tamarind chutney, salt, chaat masala, raw mango and chopped coriander. Mix well.3. Take a taco shell and place a portion of the prepared mixture into it. Coat the edges with sev and place it on a serving plate. 4. Garnish with pomegranate pearls and chopped coriander.
