A delicious and flavour some crispy Tandoori baby corn recipe with the baby corns coated in Tandoori marination.

Tandoori babycorn

Ingredients Quantity
Baby Corns 15-16 No
Oil 1Tsp
Butter 2 Tbsp.
Carom Seeds ½ tsp.
Gram Flour 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp.
Black pepper Powder ¼ tsp.
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Black Salt ¼ tsp.
Cardamom Powder ¼ tsp.
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp.
Kasuri methi 1 tsp.
Salt to taste
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp.
Yogurt ½ cup
Mustard Oil 3-4 tbsp.
Chat Masala to sprinkle
Mint Sprig for garnish
Method:-
1. Boil the baby corns by adding some salt and turmeric powder. Keep it aside.
2. Heat oil and butter in a pan; add carom seeds and sauté for 3o sec.
3. Add gram flour; mix well and sauté for 2 min. on low heat or till you get a nutty flavor.
4. Add turmeric powder and mix well.
5. Remove in a bowl, add Black pepper powder, red chilli powder, Cardamom Powder garam masala powder, Kasuri methi black salt, salt, and ginger garlic paste, yogurt and mix well.
6. Add Mustard Oil and mix well
7. Put the baby corns in the marination, mix well and keep it aside for 30 min.
8. Preheat the oven at 220 c for 10-12 min.
9. Remove the tray from the oven; brush some oil and put the baby corn on the skewer and place it on the tray put marination on top and cook it for preheated oven at 220 c for 6-8 min.
10. After 8 min. remove the baby corn from the oven place it on serving plate, brush some butter and sprinkle chat masala on top.
11. Garnish with mint sprig and serve hot with green chutney and salad.
