Tandoori potatoes or aloo tikka is a mouth-watering recipe found in restaurants of north India. They are great as a party snack, they are quick and easy to make.

Tandoori Barbeque Potato’s

Ingredients

Baby Potatoes 15-20 no
Ginger Garlic paste 1 Tbsp.
Red Chili Powder 1Tsp.
Black Pepper powder ½ Tsp.
Turmeric Powder ¼ Tsp.
Garam Masala 1 Tsp.
Black Salt ½ Tsp.
Kasuri Methi 1 Tsp.
Carom Seeds ½ Tsp.
Green Cardamom Powder ¼ Tsp.
Salt to taste
Mustard oil 3 Tbsp.
Vinegar 1 Tbsp.
Oil for Basting.
Chaat masala for sprinkle.
Glaze with Butter.



Method--

Prick baby potatoes and keep aside.

In a mixing bowl take baby potatoes, add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, black salt, kasuri methi, carom seeds, green cardamom powder, salt , mustard oil , vinegar and mix well.

let the potatoes rest in the marinate for 1 hour.

pre heat the oven at 220 degree for 10 min.

remove the baking tray and grease with oil, add the potatotes to the baking tray and set in the oven and toast for 12 mins.

after 12 mins remove the potatoes and transfer to a serving plate.
sprinkle chaat masala , and glaze with butter.

serve with salad and green chutney
