Ingredients :

10 - 12 Chicken leg pieces
salt to taste
1 tbsp ginger garlic crushed
4 - 5 tbsp hung yoghurt
2 tsp kashmiri red chilly powder
1 tsp coriander - cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp tandoori masala
2 pinches red / orange - food colour
some salad and lemon wedges for plating
