Water - to parboil gobi 1.5 liter
200g Dahi
Salt - as per taste
Black salt - as per taste
Red chili kashmiri - 1 tbsp
Amchoor powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - ½ tsp
Lemon Juice - ½ tbsp
Sattu - 3 tbsp.
Mustard oil - 2 tbsp
Kasoori methi - 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Charcoal - 1 piece
