In this video, we will make Tandoori Momo which is a street specialty in North & North East India. We will achieve the perfect tandoori flavor in nepali style momos without using an oven, or a tandoor/sigdi.

Ingredients:
Maida - 2 cup
Salt - as per taste
Water - to make a stiff dough

Cabbage - 2 cups grated
Onion - 1/2 cup grated
Salt - 1 tsp
Ginger - 2 inches grated
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp

Oil - to deep fry (avoid if using steaming momo)

Sattu / Roasted Besan - 4 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Chat Masala - 1 tsp
Kasoori Methi - 1 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chili - 1 tsp
Black Salt - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Red Food Color - ⅛ tsp
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Dahi - 4 tbsp
Mustard Oil - 3 tbsp

Charcoal - 1 small
Ghee - 1/2 tsp

Oil - to cook about 2-3 tbsp
Wooden Skewers / Metal Skewer
Onion - 2-3 sliced
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp
