This Holi enjoy the special Tandoori gujiya made with @Nutralite DoodhShakti pure ghee and chef’s secret ingredient #Nutralite Tandoori Mayonnaise to add the spicy, smoky flavour!

Tandoori Paneer Gujiya

Ingredients Quantity
For Dough
Refined Flour 2 Cups
Nutralite Doodhshakti Pure Ghee 1 Tbsp + 1 Tbsp + for frying
Salt to taste
Water as required
For Filling
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Fennel seeds ½ tsp
Paneer 250 gms
Ginger chopped 1 tsp
Garlic chopped 1 tsp
Green chilli chopped 2
Onion chopped 1 medium
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Garam masla powder 1 tsp
Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
Nutralite tandoori mayo 2 tbsp.

Method
1. In a mixing Bowl add refined flour, Nutralite Doodhshakti Pure Ghee, salt and mix well
2. Slowly add water and knead to a semi hard dough.
3. Cover the dough with moist muslin cloth and keep aside
4. To make the filling heat 1 Tbsp Nutralite Doodhshakti Pure Ghee, add cumins seeds, fennel seeds and sauté for 30 secs.
5. Meanwhile mash the paneer in a bowl and keep aside.
6. Add chopped ginger, garlic, green chilli and saute for 30 secs.
7. Add onion and saute till onions turn pink.
8. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and mix well.
9. Transfer the mixture to the panner and mix well.
10. Add chopped coriander , Nutralite tandoori mayo and mix well.
11. Add salt and mix well.
12. Heat the Nutralite Doodhshakti Pure Ghee for frying.
13. Take the dough and knead well.
14. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll to lemon-sized balls.
15. Using a rolling pin roll to small discs
16. Add a spoonful of mixture in the center and apply water aound the edges
17. Join the ends and press well to seal
18. Make small alternate fold in the edges to seal well and give the shape.
19. Repeat the steps to make all the gujiyas.
20. Deep fry the gujiyas until golden brown.
21. Remove on absorbent paper
22. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with coriander sprig
23. Serve along with nutralite tandoori mayo as dip.
