INGREDIENTS

FOR THE SAVOURY CHICKEN BITES
Zest of one lemon
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsp. Angostura orange bitters
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. each table salt and fresh-ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary
1-1/4 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1 cubes
20-24 4-inch wooden skewers


FOR THE GLAZED LAMB CHOPS
- 4 medium cloves garlic, mashed to a paste
- 2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbs. Angostura bitters
- 2 Tbs. honey
- 1 Tbs. red wine vinegar
- 1-1/2 tsp. anchovy paste
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 12 lamb rib chops (about 3 Ib.)
- Kosher salt and coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil

FOR THE COCONUT RICE
- Orange Coconut Rice
- 1-1/2 cups long-grain white rice
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. ANGOSTURA orange bitters
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- Dash cayenne pepper
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut, toasted
- 1/3 cup chopped green onion
- Zest of one large orange

FOR THE ANGOSTURA BISCUITS
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. double-acting baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 6 Tbsp. butter, room temperature
- 1 cup whole milk or 2% (2/3 cup milk for cut-out biscuits)
- 1 Tbsp. ANGOSTURA aromatic bitters
- 1/3 cup currants
- Zest of one orange
- 1 Tbsp ANGOSTURA aromatic bitters or 2 Tbsp. ANGOSTURA

FOR THE ROCK SHANDY
- 4 oz Lemon-Lime Soda
- 4 oz Club Soda
- 6-8 Dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
- Garnish: Lemon Wedgengredients:
