Heat oil in a non-stick pressure cooker; add cumin seeds, green chillies, and ginger, sauté well. 2. Add tomato, sauté well and cook till soft and pulpy. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and sauté well.3. Add chick peas and mix well. Add salt, 3 cups water and mix well. Cover and pressure cook on medium heat till 5-6 whistles are released.4. Let the pressure release completely, add chopped coriander and mix well. 5.
