Boil the potota and smash the potato and add aval to it. Add chopped onions, green chilli and ginger to it and mix well. Then add chopped coriander leads and curry leafs and mix .Add the masalas and salt to taste.For fryingHeat the pan and add required oil to itOnce the oil is hot add the batter to it.You can make different shapes and add one by one to the boiling oil.
