Tasty Prawns Pickle for Rice | quick homemade pickle by WOW Recipes

PRAWNS PICKLE

INGREDIENTS:
Prawns - 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste - 3 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Oil for deep frying
Red chili powder - 4 tsp
Mustard powder - 3 tsp
Fenugreek powder - 1/2 tsp
Tamarind paste - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1/2 cup

METHOD:
1. Marinate the prawns with 3 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp salt and half tsp turmeric powder for 30 minutes.

2. After that boil it in a pan without water until pieces get cooked.

3. Fry it until golden brown and let them cool

4. Take them into a large bowl. Add 3 tsp salt, 4 tsp red chili powder, Add 3 tsp mustard powder, half tsp fenugreek powder, 1 tsp tamarind paste, half cup lemon juice and 200 ml oil to it. Mix them well. Your prawns pickle is ready.
