TAWA JEERA ALOOIngredients1 tablespoon cumin seeds4 medium potatoes, boiled and peeled2 teaspoons oil1 small onion, chopped1 small tomato, chopped1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chilli powder1 tablespoon coriander powder1 tablespoon cumin powder½ tablespoon turmeric powder½ cup chopped fresh coriander leavesSalt to taste1 tablespoon chaat masalaMethod 1. Heat oil on a nonstick tawa, add cumin seeds and sauté till they change colour.2. Add onion and sauté till lightly browned. Add tomato and cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat. 3. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and ½ cup water. Add chaat masala and mix well. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.4.
