Your favourite snack, dhokla gets an interesting version with a mix of colourful vegetables. TAWA DHOKLAIngredients1½ cups semolina2 cups buttermilk1 medium onion, chopped2 tbsps grated beetroot2 tbsps grated carrot¼ cup crushed green peas2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander2-3 green chillies, chopped½ tsp baking sodaSalt to taste½ tsp Tata Sampann Chilli Powder¼ tsp turmeric powder1 tbsp oil½ tsp mustard seeds6-8 curry leaves2- green chillies, slitGreen chutney for servingMethod1. Take semolina in a bowl. Add buttermilk and mix well. Set aside for 10- 15 minutes.2. Add onion, beetroot, carrot, green peas, coriander, green chillies, baking soda, salt and mix well.3. Add Tata Sampann Chilli Powder, turmeric powder and mix well.4. Heat a nonstick tawa and place a greased ring in the centre. Drizzle oil in the centre and add mustard seeds.5. Once they begin to splutter, add curry leaves, green chillies and sauté well.6. Pour the prepared batter and cover with a lid.7. Cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes.8.
