Watch the video and enjoy this treat.TAWA MUSHROOM Ingredients 8-10 button mushrooms, halved1 tablespoon oil 1 tablespoon butter + 1 teaspoon + for garnish1 medium onion, finely choppedSalt to taste1 teaspoon cumin seeds1 teaspoon carom seeds¼ teaspoon turmeric (haldi) powder1 teaspoon red chilli powder1 teaspoon coriander powder1 medium tomato, finely chopped2 green chillies, finely chopped1 small green capsicum, finely chopped1 tablespoon pav bhaji masalaLemon slices for garnish2 pavs for servingOnion quarters for servingMethod1. Heat oil on a non-stick tawa and add butter to it. Add onions, sauté till translucent. 2. Add salt and mix well. Add cumin and carom seeds, stir and mix well. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. 3. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and coriander powder, mix well.4. Add tomatoes, stir and sauté well till the tomatoes become moist. 5. Add green chillies and sauté for 2-3 minutes. 6. Add green capsicum, stir and mix well. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. 7. Add 1 teaspoon butter and sauté till melts and mixes well.8. Add pav bhaji masala and mix well. Sprinkle some water and mash everything on tawa using a potato masher and sauté for 2-3 minutes. 9. Add the mushrooms and stir well. Sauté till mushrooms are cooked. 10. Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with butter and lemon slices and serve hot with pav and onions.
