In a pot add mutton, water, black peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon sticks, salt and bring it to boil. Remove the skim and cover the pot for 35 mins or until your meat is 80% done. Take off flame.2. On a tawa heat oil and add onion, cook for about 2-3 mins or until translucent.3. Now add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute. Now add tomatoes, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, salt, black pepper powder, garam masala and cook on medium low flame for 6-7 minutes.4.
