This Street-style Tawa Pulao with extremely flavourful spices and selected veggies is a must-try for you!TAWA PULAOIngredients3 cups cooked Basmati rice1 tablespoon oil 1 medium onion, finely chopped1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste 1 tablespoon Kashmiri dried red chilli paste2 teaspoons pav bhaji masala ½ cup tomato pureeSalt to taste 1 medium green capsicum, chopped3-4 tablespoons green peas1 medium tomato, deseeded and cut into 1 inch cubes1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves Fresh coriander sprig for garnishingMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and when it changes colour, add onion and sauté till it turns light golden brown.2. Add ginger-garlic paste and red chilli paste and sauté for 1 minute. Add 3-4 tablespoons water, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes or till the oil separates. 3. Add 1½ teaspoons pav bhaji masala and mix. Add tomato puree and salt, mix and cook for 5-10 minutes or till the oil separates. 4. Add green capsicum, green peas, tomatoes, coriander leaves, rice, salt and remaining pav bhaji masala, mix, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. 5.
