Make this Tawa Pulao Recipe at your home for lunch, supper or dinner, and share how it goes for you :)Ingredients:Butter: 2 Tbsp Oil – 1 tsp Capsicum: ½ Chopped Onions: 2 ChoppedCarrot: 1 ChoppedGreen Chili: 2 ChoppedGinger: 1 Inch Piece ChoppedTomatoes: 4 ChoppedSalt: to tasteBoiled Potatoes, Peas & Cauliflower: ½ cupRed Chili Powder: 1 tspPav Bhaji Masala: 2 tspKasoori Methi – ¼ tspRed Chili Paste – 1 tsp (mixed with 4 tbsp water)Raw Rice – 2 cups (soaked for 15 mins, then boiled till ¾ done, strained and cooled to room temp.)Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp (chopped fine)Lemon Juice – ½ tspMethod: 1. Heat up a tawa, add in the butter and the oil. Once hot, add in the onions, capsicum, carrots, green chili and ginger and cook for a minute.2. Add in the chopped tomatoes & salt, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Next goes in the boiled potatoes, peas, cauliflower along with the red chili powder, pav bhaji masala and kasoori methi and cook for 4-5 minutes.3. Add in the red chili paste and stir well, next add in rice, coriander leaves, lemon juice and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes, then serve hot! Note: In the absence of Pav Bhaji Masala, the following ingredients can be roasted & ground together, and 2 tsp can be added to this pulao.
