Ingredients:
30g of sushi rice
Asparagus peeled and blanched in salt water
Tip: One can also use avocado or lettuce. For non-vegetarians one can use salmon, tuna, crab meat or prawns
Coloured bell -- peppers chopped
Cream cheese
Edible sea-weed (nori)
