Thalipeeth is a savoury multi-grain flatbread popular in Western India, particularly Maharashtra. Mix all the ingredients (except oil) together to make soft pliable dough, Knead and leave for few minutes and keep aside.2. Take water in a bowl and heat a non stick pan.3. Divide into small balls, apply water in the palms and pat into flat patty. 4. Heat a tawa and place the Thalipeeth , Make a hole in the center. Repeat the procedure for remaining dough. 5. Pour oil on the cooked Thalipeeth and cook well from both sides.6. sprinkle water and cover immediately cook for few minutes 7.
