We all make & drink Thandai for Holi every year. Why not twist it a little bit this time and make a Thandai Mousse?! Think about it. It sounds amazing and we bet you, your friends & family will love it! HAPPY HOLI! :)Ingredients:2 tablespoons Sugar2 egg yolks2 tablespoons cornstarch1 cup milk1 cup white chocolate1/2 tsp gelatinThandai flavour to taste2-3 strands of saffron1 cup whipping creamPistachio's, crushed for garnishMethod:In a bowl add sugar, eggs yolks, cornstarch & mix it well.In a pan heat milk till it boils.Once the milk is boiled add half of it to the sugar mixture and mix well. Once all the ingredients are well mixture pour everything back into the pan and mix well again.Next, add the custard in a bigger bowl which contains white chocolate and mix well till the chocolate melts and gets combined.Add the gelatin while the custard is warm and mix well. Then add thandai flavour & saffron and mix well.Add whipping cream into the custard and mix it well for all the ingredients to combine.Serve in a glass and garnish it with some thandai flavour, saffron & pistachios.Enjoy!Love our recipes?
