That cheese pull

These healthier Grilled Cheese Bites hit the spot
(especially after munching on loads of Purim nosh).

Ingredients:
2 slices of any whole grain bread
3 Tbsp. shredded mozzarella/cheddar cheese
Gefen Coconut oil spray

Directions:
Spray frying pan with Gefen Coconut Oil spray. Place 1 slice of bread into pan and generously distributed cheese on the bread. Cover with the second slice of bread. Fry one side for 5 minutes and then flip to fry the other. Cut into small cubes and serve.
