Ingredients

Oil
1 Medium sized onion
1 Large capsicum/Ball pepper
2 Cloves of crushed fresh garlic
1.5 Cups of Italian pasta sauce
1 Litre ( .26 og a Gallon ) of vegetable stock
6 Grinds of black pepper
1/4 of a teaspoon of chili powder
1/4-1/3 of a cup of brown rice
1/2 a cup of crunchy peanut butter
