Risotto alla milanese. Today i will show you how to make risotto alla milanese. Risotto is a traditional Italian dish. Risotto can be made in different variations. I am making my risotto alla milanese with beef stock, beef bone marrow and saffron.
I am using arborio rice to make my risotto all milanese.
This risotto alla milanese is creamy and delicious.

Risotto alla Milanese Ingredients:
30 g bone marrow
1/2 medium onion
1 garlic clove
12-14 saffron threads
1 3/4 cup arborio rice
5 cups beef stock
1 cup parmesan cheese
