Ingredients:
• 1 cup Tal pulp
• 1 ripe Banana, mashed
• ½ cup Maida
• ½ cup Rice Flour
• 1 cup Rice puff
• ½ fresh coconut, grated
• ½ cup Sugar
• Oil for deep frying

Method:
1. In a bowl take the Tal pulp, add mashed banana, grated coconut, Rice flour, rice puff and sugar and mix very well.
2. If the mixture is still very wet add little maida to form a thick batter.
3. Using your hand or a spoon and pour 1 Tbsp. full batter in the oil to make Taler Bora.
4. Deep fry till golden brown in colour.

And that is Taler Bora for you – “Bangali” stlye!
