Preheat the oven 350 degrees. Place 12 cupcake liners into a muffin pan.2. Sift the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder into a large bowl. Add butter, brown sugar and eggs. Mix with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.3. Fold in the sour cream.4. Spoon the batter into the cupcake paper liners, filling about halfway to avoid spilling.5.
