The Meatball Sub

I get so hangry when watching all these ridiculously cheesy and toasted meatball subs on the inter-webs that I had to make one for myself and see how I faired. It turned out WWAAAAYYYY better than I imagined and will be one i'll be keeping in my recipe book for a LONG LONG long long time. INGREDIENTS:

Meatballs:
1lb turkey meat
2 cups diced bread (bread crumbs)
2 tbsp chopped onions and garlic
3 tbsp chopped rosemary, thyme, and oregano
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
3 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Red Sauce:
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp chopped onions and garlic
2 tbsp chopped rosemary, thyme, and garlic
1 cup red wine
1/2 cup tomato paste
salt and pepper to taste

Herb and Garlic oil:
1 tbsp chopped garlic and onions
1 tbsp chopped rosemary, garlic, and onions
