The number one reason why people struggle on raw is because they just dont eat enough, even if they truly think they intuitively are.

Raw foods are very low calorie density so one must eat MUCH more of them to get adequate nutrition and energy. If you arent eating enough from fruits and veggies, youll default to craving high fat calories from nuts/avocado etc or denser other calories from a variety of sources.

Hunger is natural. It doesnt need to be controlled or avoided. It needs to be honoured. Cravings are a signal that youre hungry. We typically crave what we HABITUALLY choose. We choose whats convenient, tasty, normal, easy, fast, what we are used to, what comforts us, and what everyone else is choosing.

If we can change what we choose when hungry, we can effectively change our craving then we are hungry.

I will say it again. Hunger is normal. Anyone on any diet will get hungry. The question is what will you honour your hunger with?!
