On a grinding stone , add garlic and crush it Transfer it to bowl .2. Now crush ginger on grinding stone and transfer it to bowl .3. Cut the chicken in small cubes and transfer to the bowl .4. Add black pepper , lemon juice , salt and mix it well , keep it aside .5. Now cut the green chilli into half transfer it to grinding stone .6. Now crush the green chilli and garlic thoroughly .7. Meanwhile heat a kadhai , add seasame seed and dry roast it .8. Transfer it into grinding stone , crush it thoroughly .9. Heat a kadhai , add oil , add cumin , allow it to splutter .10. Now add marinated chicken and sauté it for 3-4 mins ..11. Now add the techa paste , turmeric powder , coriander powder and mix it well .12. Add salt as required , give a stir .13. Meanwhile crush the coriander leaves and add it to the kadhai , mix it well .14. Transfer it to serving bowl .15.
