For Green Chilli Thecha Stuffed Pav1/2 cup roughly chopped green chillies6 tbsp raw peanuts4 tsp oil4 tbsp roughly chopped garlic (lehsun)1/2 cup roughly chopped coriander (dhania)salt to taste14 ladi pav14 tbsp butterMethodFor green chilli thecha stuffed pavHeat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the green chillies and mix well. Cover with a lid and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.Add the garlic and coriander and saut on a medium flame for 1 minute.Allow the mixture to cool completely.Once cooled, add the peanuts and salt and blend to a coarse mixture.
