They literally stew several fish mouths in a spicy soup full of a bunch of amazing flavourful spices which renders the meat in the mouth super tender and FULL of flavour! Some locals even say the mouth is the best part of the fish!I'm not gonna lie, I was a bit scared to try at first cause it doesnt sound the best, but after I tried it, it became my new life mission to tell the world how delicious it is!
