Mix together processed cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, chilli flakes and coriander leaves in a bowl. 2. Shape samosa pattis into cones, fill with a portion of cheese mixture and shape into samosas sealing with flour slurry. 3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
