Today we'll learn how to make mawa gujiya coated with sugar syrup. It is a traditional sweet dumpling. The outer layer is made from the all purpose flour (maida)coated with sugar and stuffing is made from Mawa (Khoya), dry fruits sugar.

INGREDIENTS

Quantity (12 Gujiya)
---------------------------------------------------------
All Purpose Flour - 1 cup or 200 gm
Mava/Khoya - 100 gm
Dry Fruits - 4 tbsp (Cashew/ almonds/kismiss/chironji)
Sugar - 1 cup or 150 gm
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Ghee - 5 tbsp & to fry
Water - 1 cup
