Tiramisu Frappe | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Refreshing chilled frappe with tiramisu flavour. Must try !

TIRAMISU FRAPPE

Ingredients

For one portion
4 tablespoons coffee decoction + as required
1 cup milk
7-8 dark chocolate biscuits
1½ cups whipped cream
¼ cup mascarpone cheese
1 cup vanilla ice cream

Method

1. Put dark chocolate biscuits in a zip-lock bag, seal and crush using a rolling pin.
2. Put whipped cream in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese and fold well and fill it in a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle.
3. Blend together vanilla ice cream, remaining mascarpone cheese, 3 tablespoons coffee decoction and milk into a smooth mixture.
4. Put some crushed dark chocolate biscuits in a serving glass, pour remaining coffee decoction and level it out.
5. Pour the frappe filling the glass. Pipe out cream mixture and put some dark chocolate biscuit crumb on top.
6. Serve.
