Paneer and tofu seem quite similar, but are two very different items. They're combined into one in this spectacular bhurji, its tantalising taste and aroma invites you to try it.TOFU AND PANEER BHURJIIngredients 200 grams cottage cheese (paneer), grated 200 grams tofu, grated1 tablespoon oil 1 medium onion, finely chopped2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste1 medium tomato, finely chopped½ teaspoon turmeric powder1 teaspoon red chilli powder1 teaspoon coriander powder½ teaspoon cumin powderSalt to taste 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves Fresh coriander leaf for garnishingMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion and sauté till translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté till onion turns golden brown. 2. Add tomato and sauté till soft. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder and sauté for 1 minute. 3. Add 3-4 tablespoons water, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add cottage cheese and tofu, mix and cook for 1 minute. 4. Add salt, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon coriander leaves and mix well. 5. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
