The perfect snack for everyone!TOFU POPCORN Ingredients200 grams firm tofu½ tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder1 tsp dried oregano1 tsp garlic powder1½ tsps onion powderBlack salt to taste A pinch of clove powder½ tsp smoked paprika powder¼ tsp crushed black peppercorns1 tsp sugarSalt to taste2 tsps ginger-garlic green chilli pasteRefined flour slurry as required1 cup dried breadcrumbsOil for deep fryingTomato ketchup for servingMustard sauce for servingMethod1. Transfer Kashniri red chilli powder, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, black salt, clove powder, smoked paprika powder, crushed black peppercorns, sugar and salt and grind to a fine powder.2. Cut tofu into ½ inch cubes and transfer in a bowl. Add ginger-garlic-green chilli paste, salt and mix well.3. Dip the tofu pieces in refined flour slurry and roll in dried breadcrumbs.4. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry till golden brown and crisp.5. Drain on absorbent paper and sprinkle 2-3 tsps of prepared spice mix on top.6.
