2 cups besan
½ tsp baking powder
Salt to taste
Pinch of turmeric
Ajwain seeds - ¼ tsp
Add water - to make batter
Oil - to fry
Tomatoes - 6-8

For Cut Bonda - Chopped onion - 2
Peanuts roasted/fried - ¼ cup
Coriander - 3 tbsp
Green chilli - 2
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
