Tomato Coconut Chutney | Side dish for Dosa, Rice, Chapati | Tomato Kobbari Pachadi recipe Telugu

INGREDIENTS
1. Coconut - 1 Cup
2. Tomatoes - 3
3. Green Chillies - 4
4. Dried Chillies - 6
5. Garlic Cloves - 7-8
6. Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
7. Fenugreek Seeds - 1/4 Teaspoon
8. Coriander Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
9. Salt - 1 Teaspoon
10. Tamarind - Small Piece
11. Tempering Seeds

Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan. Add 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1/4 teaspoon fenugreek seeds, 1 teaspoon coriander seeds and fry. Add dried chillies and fry till it changes colour. Add 1 cup coconut pieces and mix. Add 7-8 garlic cloves. Cut off the stove and move it into a different bowl. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan. Add dried chilli pieces and fry. Add pieces of 3 tomatoes and fry till they become soft on low flame. Close the lid. Cut off the stove and let it cool down. To a mixie jar, add prepared coconut pieces, a small piece of tamarind, 1 teaspoon salt and powder it. Add fried tomatoes, green chillies and grind into a paste. For tempering; Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a pan. Add 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon black gram
(Bengal gram could also be added), pieces of 2 dried chillies. As dried chillies start to change colour, add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric seeds, 1/2 cup curry leaves and mix. Cut off the stove and add prepared grinded mixture of coconut and tomatoes.
