TOMATO IDLI UPMAReady in a jiffy, this upma can please everyoneIngredients10-12 leftover idlis½ cup chopped tomatoes1½ medium onions2 tbsps oil¾ tsp split skinless black gram (dhuli urad dal)½ tsp mustard seeds15-20 curry leaves2-3 green chillies, choppedSalt to taste½ lemonMethod1. Chop onions. Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add split black gram, mustard seeds, curry leaves and onions and saute.2. Put the idlis in a mixer jar and crumble them. 3. When onions change colour slightly, add tomatoes and green chillies and saute for 1 minute.4. Add crumbled idlis and mix. Add salt and mix. And juice of ½ lemon and mix.5.
