Kkomak Bibimbap is a speciality bibimbap that started to trend this year. Kkomak is the Korean word for Cockles (Blood Cockles to be exact). The name sound intimidating, but the taste is oh, so sweet! We'll toss our kkomak in gochugaru and an infused soy sauce. The result is a truly special bibimbap. Enjoy ya'll!
