Ingredients:
3/4 Cup Milk + 1 tsp vinegar
2/3 Cup Powdered Sugar (125 gms)
1/3 Cup Oil (80 ml)
1 Tspn Vanilla Essence
1 1/3 Cup Rice Flour (200 gms)
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
Food colours

Method:
1. In a blender jar, add in sugar, oil, milk, vinegar and vanilla essence. Blend till creamy.
2. Sieve in all dry ingredients. Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients to prepare a smooth batter.
3. Divide the batter in 3 portions - ad in orange and green colour in 2 portion.
5. Grease a 6x6 inches baking dish, line with parchment paper. Pour the batter and tap it for few times to level it up.
6. Baking options:
- Airfryer at 160 degrees for 25 min
- Preheat cooker with 1 cup salt for 15-20 min on medium to high flame. Bake in cooker for 30-35 min
- Oven at 180 degrees for 30 min
7. Cool down the cake completely.
8. Cut the cake in any desired shape.
