Korean Food Oil Tteokbokki Recipe
We love stir-fried rice cake called Tteokbokki in Korean. There're many kinds of stir-fried rice cake. Today I show you how to make oil stir-fried rice cake. It's really simple and easy. Why not? ^^

Ingredients (2 Servings)
- 400 gram Korean rice cake (shaped long stick)
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp gochujang (red pepper paste)
- 4 Tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1/2 Tbsp crushed garlic
- 1 Tbsp hot sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- a pinch of sesame seed
- a pinch of black sesame seed (optional)

Directions
(1) Soak rice cakes in warm water for 30 minutes.
(2) Make sauce with sugar, gochjang, ketchup, crushed garlic, hot sauce and sesame oil.
(3) Oil the preheated pan enough, put rice cakes and stir-fry them.
(4) Add the sauce and just stir-fry well. Sprinkle sesame seed and black sesame seed.
